JOLIPNJ jewellery pieces come in a concrete-textured cardboard box, individually embossed with the JOLIPNJ monogram.
Your order includes a soft fabric pouch and a personalized certificate of origin.

France: Free shipping

Europe: €15 | Free shipping on orders over €200 with code JOLI.

All shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe handling.
Orders are shipped within 10 working days.
If you need your ring sooner, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to get it to you in time.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. 

Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (10% of the value of the returned items). This does not apply in cases of misdelivery or damaged goods.

Returned items must be in perfect condition — unworn and sent back in their original packaging.
Used, worn, or broken items will not be accepted for return.

All returns must be shipped with a tracking number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Before sending anything back, please email us at contact@jolipnj.com with “Return + Order Number” in the subject line to receive return instructions.

JOLIPNJ reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned items do not comply with the return conditions outlined above.
We are not responsible for parcels lost during the return process.

Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been checked — please allow 3–4 business days.
